Cubiscan is seeking a proactive and systems-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to optimize the full revenue lifecycle across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Job Summary:
This cross-functional role will own strategy and execution for GTM operations—streamlining processes, improving systems, and driving alignment across the funnel. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and other department leaders, the Revenue Operations Lead will serve as a critical link between data, process, and people.

This role requires deep experience with Hub Spot (CRM), strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel/PowerPoint), and an understanding of Syte Line (ERP) or similar platforms to bridge sales and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize the Hub Spot CRM : manage pipeline stages, automation, custom reports, and user adoption

• Drive sales forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and performance tracking

• Build and distribute dashboards that give visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, and deal velocity

• Own sales compensation modeling and performance reporting

• Serve as the liaison between the commercial team and operations regarding Syte Line ERP needs as well as order entry/review to ERP/CRM

• Design and maintain sales onboarding and training programs

• Create and update sales playbooks, talk tracks, and enablement resources

• Equip sales reps with performance insights and actionable tools

• Promote adoption of Hub Spot features and best practices across the team

Marketing Operations

• Partner with Marketing to manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle reporting within Hub Spot

• Track campaign performance and attribution to pipeline and revenue

• Support tech stack integrations (Hub Spot, Syte Line, and additional GTM tools)

• Develop processes that ensure clean data and smooth handoffs from marketing to sales

Customer Support / Service Operations

• Build operational workflows between Sales, Implementation, and Support

• Develop and manage shared reporting around onboarding, tickets, and customer feedback (e.g., CSAT, NPS)

• Identify expansion opportunities and churn risks using integrated data from Hub Spot and Syte Line

• Support initiatives that improve customer experience and lifetime value

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business field or related

    • Strategic thinker and detail-oriented executor

    • High proficiency and admin experience in Hub Spot CRM, Salesforce, or similar

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

    • Familiarity with Syte Line ERP or similar operational systems

    • Ability to manage cross-functional projects with minimal oversight

    • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops

Background in B2B SaaS, industrial equipment, or supply chain/logistics tech is a plus

Strong understanding of revenue funnel metrics, GTM alignment, and system integrations

Experience improving CRM/ERP adoption and building scalable processes
