Base pay range
: $50,000–$120,000 per year. Aggressive commission based on performance.

Job Duties
  • Visit homes with existing solar systems to discuss the advantages of adding a battery backup solution.
  • Provide homeowners with information on how battery systems enhance energy independence, improve backup power options, and lower energy costs.
  • Schedule appointments for in-depth consultations about solar and battery.
  • Pre‑qualify customers for participation in the Rocky Mountain Power Watt Smart program, explaining how they can receive cash back rebates for adding backup batteries.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and status updates using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment‑setting goals.
  • Work closely with the sales and energy specialists team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with customers.
