Electrical Engineer II

Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing embedded systems and firmware solutions for a variety of electrical products and applications. Your expertise will be integral in ensuring that our hardware systems perform efficiently, reliably, and securely. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with electrical hardware, troubleshoot complex issues, and support the development of next‑generation technology.

This position requires a deep understanding of embedded systems, microcontroller programming, and hardware/software integration. You will work at the intersection of electrical engineering and software development. This position will prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Assist with product development, product testing, and product support by developing and supporting embedded firmware.
• Engineering support and training for sales and marketing, including international resellers.
• Document product/project modifications.
  Ensure quality and functionality requirements are met.
• Complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Other duties and tasks as needed.

• BS in Electrical Engineering or similar with some design experience.
• 5-10 years of Electrical Engineer experience.
• Has a firm knowledge of Electrical and Embedded Firmware Concepts.
• Exceptional technical and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Functional skills using IAR Embedded Workbench to program microcontrollers.
• Experience with FreeRTOS kernels for microcontrollers.
• Embedded C programming
• Familiar with NXP Processors
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others
