Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Monday to Thursday 3:45-6:00 pm, Friday 1:45-6:00 pm, Saturday 1:00-3:00 pm.

Silver Swing ABA is seeking an experienced RBT to join our team in Farmington, UT. Our culture fosters collaboration, personal growth, and client success. RBTs thrive in our supportive environment and commitment to professional development.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Pay Range: $20-$30/hour.
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week.

• Must have, or be willing to obtain, RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
