Sales Development Rep

What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners via phone, text, and email to educate them on the benefits of a new battery rebate program.
• Schedule and set appointments for our expert battery consultants.
• Manage and follow up with assigned leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.

• Some sales or customer service experience – we’ll provide training to help you succeed.
• Experience in solar, appointment setting, or phone sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Quickbase or similar is a bonus.
• A proactive, self‑motivated attitude with strong communication skills.
• The ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.

• Compensation:
  Hourly base pay ($15/hour) plus commission, with total earnings potential of $50,000-$100,000/year.
