Branch Insurance Sales Agent – Uncapped Commission

Apply for a Branch Insurance Sales Agent role at AAA Mountain West Group, responsible for selling property & casualty, life and roadside assistance insurance products to meet assigned sales goals while providing an exceptional member experience.

• Use sales techniques and strong product knowledge to identify customer‑specific needs, generate new sales, retain existing insureds and grow the overall insurance book.
• Conduct insurance reviews for clients to identify suitable products, recommend coverage, quote, bind and issue policies following underwriting guidelines.
• Build rapport with insureds to enhance member affinity for the AAA brand and increase member satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively solicit business, market to business and community events, perform outbound calling, work marketing lists, and cross‑sell/up‑sell new and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and membership; resolve complex customer service issues and assist with claims initiation.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant insurance industry work experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills, experience tracking, following up on and closing leads.
• Advanced consultative selling techniques using thorough product knowledge.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active, unrestricted state‑issued property and casualty license(s). An active P&C license is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and be on‑site at our Farmington, UT branch.

Farmington, UT – Full‑time position. Compensation: $15.85 hourly + bonus/commission (commission structure is uncapped; base salary + commissions may reach $75,000–$250,000 depending on performance).
