- Base pay: $63,000.00/yr - $93,000.00/yr
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (paid after 90 days)
Full-time | Onsite or Hybrid (onsite 5 days/week preferred)

We’re seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our PACE (Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team in Farmville, VA. In this rewarding role, you’ll support older adults in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life—while being part of a collaborative, values‑centered healthcare organization.
What You’ll Do- Deliver medical nutrition therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide education and counseling to participants and caregivers
- Document all care in the electronic health record
- Support participants primarily on‑site, with occasional home visits within a one‑hour radius
- Work independently with strong clinical judgment and adaptability
