Mandarin Speaking Team Assistant

Our client is expanding rapidly and is seeking a fluent Mandarin-speaking (written and verbal) Team Assistant to join their dynamic New Build department.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual with some administration experience who thrives under pressure. You will be based in the firm's stunning offices in Farnborough.

The salary for this role is £22-24k, plus a support staff bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities for the Mandarin Speaking Team Assistant role include:

· Being responsible for the running of your own case load.

· Contributing to Anti-money laundering, K17 and stamp duty processes and requirements.

· Liaising with lenders with regard to mortgage offers.

· Ordering searches and reporting to clients, lenders and Help to Buy on all aspects of the transaction.

· Communicating with the Seller’s solicitors and Developers.
