Internal Sales Administrator

Farnborough Job Type: Temporary (6-month contract) We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join a successful manufacturing business based in Farnborough on an initial 6-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or Internal Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation, and customer focus are paramount. Day-to-day of the role:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Review order details, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy. Liaise with the sales team regarding order requirements, amendments, and technical queries. Enter and maintain information within ERP systems. Produce order acknowledgements and customer documentation. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams. Track orders and provide updates on delivery schedules. Resolve order queries and discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales, or Order Processing role. Experience working within a manufacturing , engineering , or technical environment. Experience supporting the sale or processing of technical, engineered, industrial, or manufactured products. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience using ERP, CRM, or MRP systems. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders. A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach. Benefits:
