Key duties:
Conduct advanced diagnostics and vehicle repairs using state-of-the-art equipment
Fault finding and rectification on complex electrical and mechanical systems
Execute vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
Lead technical troubleshooting initiatives and mentor junior technicians
Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards
Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers to deliver excellent service
Requirements:
Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in vehicle diagnostics and repairs, either within a dealership or independent garage setting
Proven expertise with vehicle electrical systems, ECUs, and diagnostic tools
Strong mechanical skills with keen attention to detail
High-level problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Motivation to stay updated with the latest vehicle technology and industry standards
