We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join a well-established, family-run garage in Camberley. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to work in a friendly, supportive environment while developing their skills within a busy workshop.
Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester- Competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000, depending on experience
- Monthly bonus scheme of £200 to £400, based on workshop performance
- Work Monday to Saturday, with Saturday pay at DOUBLE RATE

- Perform vehicle repairs and servicing, including major jobs such as clutch replacements and timing belts
- Conduct MOT testing for Class 4, 5, and 7 vehicles, maintaining high standards of honesty and quality
- Carry out smaller repairs, including brake pads, discs, bulbs, and repairs necessary for MOT failures
- Support the MOT process with practical demonstration tests and quality checks for qualified individuals
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless workshop operation and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain timely completion of work, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Assist with roadside diagnostics and other mechanical tasks as required
- Proven practical experience in the automotive trade, capable of independently executing mechanical repairs as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
- Valid MOT licence is preferred; strong technicians without a licence may be supported through training
- Proficient in mechanically demanding tasks such as clutch and timing belt replacements
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
