Overview
Our client in the Defence Industry is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager who will manage contracts end to end.
Responsibilities- Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to close-out.
- Provide bid and tender support, ensure compliance, monitor performance and manage risk.
- Coordinate stakeholder management and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee contract dispute resolution and reporting activities.
- Experience working on MOD contracts or within an MOD environment with a track record in bid/tender processes and contract negotiation.
- Experience in commercially establishing and delivering Single Source Competitive Regulation Qualifying Defence Contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously; commercially astute; comfortable operating within the MOD contracting structure, including DEFCONs.
- Sole British national and eligible to hold SC clearance.
