Role
- Contracts Manager (Waterproofing). Location
- Farnborough office (Sites around London). Salary
- Depending on expeirence. Experience needed/responsibilities:
- Contracts Manager for basement waterproofing.
- Need to be CSSW qualified
- Carry out designs of waterproofing systems and produce design packages.
- Work with suppliers to provide pump specifications.
- Manage 3 in house waterproofing site teams including programming, client management and quality management.
- Work with clients and architects to provide accurate timelines and scope.
- Tender for new projects.
- Invoicing following completion of site works.
- Site works typically in London.
