Service Advisor Franchised Motor Dealership - Farnborough

Our client is looking for a driven experienced Service Advisor to join their prestige aftersales department. This role requires the ability to work to deadlines, handle sensitive and confidential information, and possess excellent communication skills within a selling/customer service environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and a strong people-oriented mindset, contributing to both the team and our valued customers.

• Work to deadlines and manage day-to-day service operations.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with discretion.
• Engage customers in selling and service discussions, ensuring high service satisfaction.
• Support the team and proactively contribute to customer experience.

Basic up to £31,900 OTE: £40,000. Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays.
