Position: Technical Asset Manager Photovoltaics & BESS (m/f/d)

What you can expect: Would you like to actively shape the energy transition and ensure the reliable, efficient, and high-performance operation of photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems (BESS)?

As a Technical Asset Manager Photovoltaics & BESS (m/f/d), you will play a key role in monitoring and managing our customers' PV and battery storage assets. You will coordinate service activities, support operational excellence, and ensure the long-term performance and availability of our projects.

Tasks:

  • Monitor, analyze, and manage assigned photovoltaic and battery energy storage (BESS) projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and contractual partners regarding technical and commercial matters
  • Plan, commission, and coordinate service technicians and external service providers
  • Oversee reporting activities and ensure optimal system performance and availability
  • Support project management activities for retrofitting, maintenance, repair, and repowering projects
  • Configure, commission, and maintain monitoring systems for PV and BESS assets
  • Profile:

  • Degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in photovoltaics, energy technology, or plant engineering is an advantage. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems and data technology is desirable
  • Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), monitoring, and fault analysis is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, teamwork, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
