Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Join a high-performing team delivering complex civil and structural solutions across the water sector. Our Client has a requirement for a Senior C&S Engineer , who will be required to work on a contract basis in Manchester. Role

Purpose:

Produce civil and structural engineering deliverables including analysis models, calculations, and design inputs Provide technical guidance and control of engineering output within a team environment Ensure delivery aligns with project requirements, standards, and budget constraints J ob

Role Responsibilities:

Produce civil/structural analysis models, calculations, sketches, and engineering deliverables Provide technical guidance and oversight of engineering outputs Ensure relevant processes and procedures are followed at all times Interface closely with construction operations teams Deliver work to budget and ensure variations and changes are captured and compensated Challenge designs and deliver value engineering solutions Communicate confidently with clients, promoting in-house civil and structural capability Support and train more junior engineers Produce clear and concise written reports across all aspects of work Experience / Skills / Knowledge /

Qualifications:

Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (CEng / IEng – MICE or MIStruct

E preferred) UK project experience with a strong understanding of current UK regulations and design codes (H&S, environmental, and engineering) Proven experience delivering projects within the water sector Strong experience in either:
