Financial Administrator

A reputable and growing wealth management / financial planning practice in Farnborough is seeking an organised and motivated Financial Administrator (also known as an IFA Administrator, Client Support Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator) to join their established team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services administration
, or a bright graduate looking to begin a career in wealth management
. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of around 10 administrators
, offering support, shared knowledge and a strong development pathway.

• Deliver day-to-day administration support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
• Manage LOAs, valuations, illustrations and provider communications
• Prepare adviser meeting packs and client documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems (Financial Planning Administrator tasks)
• Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
• Support compliance processes and general practice operations

• Experience with in wealth management, IFA administration or financial services is advantageous...
