Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) – Farnborough Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + Commission (OTE £80,000 – £100,000+)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 4-qualified Independent Financial Adviser to join a successful and growing financial planning firm in Farnborough. This is a genuine growth role where you will have the platform, support and investment to build and develop your own client base while benefiting from strong internal infrastructure and long-term career prospects.

This role is ideal for an ambitious adviser who enjoys business development, can create a simple and effective growth plan, and is motivated by building long-term client relationships. You will initially be office-based four days per week to support your development, gain familiarity with processes, and demonstrate capability. As you establish yourself and begin meeting clients regularly, the firm will offer increased flexibility.

While this is a self-starter position with no immediate client bank provided, opportunities will arise over time through the firm’s consolidator activity. Once you have validated your income or built a significant pipeline, paraplanning and administrative support will be introduced.
