IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
The role of an Agile Master / Scrum Master is based in Farnborough.
You will take a leading role in driving complex, large-scale change initiative that empower the business to achieve its strategic goals and targets. You will be part of the project team who will continue to develop and enhance the AL Motion product, with the current focus on corporate capabilities. The role will be managing a diverse IT team alongside service providers and vendors, collaborating closely with stakeholders across multiple departments—both within IT and the broader business (market and central)—you will ensure successful delivery of change and then introduce operational stability for the implemented solution.

- Support complex, large-scale change initiative to enable business strategy and achieve targets.
- Support vendor selection and management to deliver products and services effectively
- Manage a diverse IT team, service providers, and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across IT and business to ensure successful delivery and ongoing operational stability.
- Inspire and align teams by understanding business needs and priorities.
- Help define vision and roadmap to motivate IT resources and deliver the project within Service Level Agreements.
- Lead and coach agile teams, fostering self-organisation and effective decision-making.
- Communicate confidently at all levels, from technical teams to senior management and directors.
- Maintain broad networks with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers.
- Ensure high-quality IT service delivery through standardized agile processes, tools, and best practices.
- Strategise and prioritise business needs, enabling innovative and creative IT solutions.
- Implement a stable system into operations with timely incident resolution.
- Collaborate closely with local and central IT teams and manage supplier relationships to optimize IT services.
- Proven experience in leading IT change initiatives and ensuring operational excellence in mission-critical systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing application development teams using agile and Dev Ops frameworks.
- Strong background in the Financial Services industry or similar complex environments.
- Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with IT teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Experience working within complex system landscapes and diverse technology platforms.
- Formal training or qualifications in project management, leadership, agile, and Dev Ops methodologies.
- Certifications such as Portfolio, MSP, Agile, and Dev Ops are desirable.
- A visionary and adaptable approach to driving innovation and change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
