*** Driving Salesforce adoption
* Improving business processes
* Maintaining data quality
* Delivering scalable automation
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Deliver user training, guidance, and documentation to improve adoption and system usage.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in CRM roadmap planning.
** QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |
** About you
*** 3-4 years' hands-on Salesforce Administration experience within a commercial or enterprise environment
* Strong experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud
* Proven experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g. Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, Lightning App Builder)
* Good understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes
* Experience gathering and translating business requirements into scalable system solutions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience supporting users and delivering end-user training
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset
* Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Enthusiasm for continuous learning and platform innovation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Quote-to-Cash processes.
* Experience supporting product catalogues, pricing structures, discounting, or quote generation workflows.
* Knowledge of integrations and connected applications.
* Experience working with sandbox environments and release management processes.
