The job: intelligence expertise meets cutting-edge defence software

As our new Senior Domain Advisor, you will be the intelligence voice inside Systematic’s Defence Sales Support team. You will be part of a small group of specialists, working together to put Sita Ware – our C4

ISR software trusted by more than 50 nations – in front of defence customers across the world. That means building compelling demonstration scenarios, presenting to senior audiences and helping the wider organisation understand what truly matters to the intelligence community.

• developing and delivering high-quality demonstrations of our Sita Ware products, with a focus on intelligence-related scenarios and workflows
• building realistic and engaging demonstration narratives – defining the story, loading the data and presenting the results to customers and partners
• sharing your intelligence domain knowledge across the Defence Sales Support team, Product Management and Services to help shape how our products evolve
• preparing and participating in global customer meetings, exhibitions, tests and events
• setting up and troubleshooting demonstration environments at a hands-on technical level

The Sales Support team is a small group of product specialists based in our offices around the world travelling wherever needed to put Systematic’s Defence products in front of the people who need them most. You will be part of the team at our Farnborough office in the UK. The team operates at the intersection of in-depth domain expertise and cutting-edge technology, including Artificial Intelligence and Agentic AI, building demonstrations that not only show what our software does but also tell a story that resonates with real operational needs.

This is a role with genuine purpose: the software you will present and demonstrate supports critical military decision-making every day. You will work closely with the sales team, product managers and service colleagues across Systematic’s global Defence organisation and you will be a trusted go-to voice on all intelligence matters.

What you bring: intelligence expertise and communication skills that make our Sita Ware defence products stand out
Ideally, you will have a strong background in military intelligence, with experience at operational levels of command, whether in joint, multi-domain or equivalent headquarters environments. You will understand how intelligence is collected, analysed and disseminated across organisational levels and domains, and you will know what a commander actually needs to make decisions.

• Extensive experience in military intelligence roles, ideally spanning multiple domains (land, maritime, air, joint/MDO) and organisational levels
• A background in or in-depth familiarity with intelligence functions (G2, J2, N2 or equivalent)
• On the technical side, you will be comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows, and possibly Linux, environment, with a good understanding of networking, data protocols, security and interoperability and data analytics – and a genuine interest in the technical side of things
• A natural, confident communicator who is comfortable presenting to senior audiences and large groups
• Willing and able to travel internationally, approximately 40–60 days per year
• No prior sales experience required – what matters is your domain credibility, your curiosity about technology and your ability to communicate with impact
