Location: Near Farnborough (5 Days Onsite)
Security Clearance: Current DV Clearance Essential

We're looking for an experienced Boundary Service Lead to oversee the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of network boundary security services within a highly secure environment.

This role combines operational leadership, service management and technical oversight across critical boundary security technologies, ensuring the availability, security and resilience of key network services.

• Lead the delivery of secure network boundary services and operations.
• Manage security monitoring, incident response and service performance.
• Oversee boundary security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS and related security controls.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor and develop technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and audit requirements.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular service reporting.

• Current DV Clearance (Developed Vetting) - Essential
• Ability to work onsite near Farnborough five days per week
• Significant experience in network security, cyber security operations or boundary security environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing security operations or managed service teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM and threat monitoring technologies.
• Experience leading incident response and service delivery within secure environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with in Defence, Government or National Security environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security or equivalent.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco or similar security platforms.
• Knowledge of secure network architecture and cyber security best practice.

Current DV Clearance and the ability to work onsite near Farnborough five days per week are mandatory requirements for this role.
