Senior HR Systems Specialist

Our client in the Defence & Security sector is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist. Join them at their Farnborough, where you will work with groundbreaking technology alongside some of the industry's brightest minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and Subject Matter Expertise across SAP Success Factors and enterprise systems
Manage system configuration, security, governance, and compliance
Lead system support, incident resolution, and service delivery
Oversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activities
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing

Job Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of Success Factors and the wider SAP product landscape
Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising Success Factors modules
Proven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiatives
Strong governance, security, and service management knowledge
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications:

Technical degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths) or equivalent professional experience

This role is full-time, based at Farnborough with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.
