Position: Infrastructure Engineer )
2 requirements for Infrastructure Engineers to support a major program of work — deploying, transitioning, and maintaining critical IT applications and infrastructure solutions for a vital operational environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, leverage the latest technology stacks, and contribute to secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure that supports high-stakes  this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing modern infrastructure solutions, utilizing a broad spectrum of technologies including VMware NSX, vSphere, ESXi, Terraform, Ansible, Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), and a variety of hardware and networking components.

Your expertise will ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and efficient infrastructure services, supporting both project milestones and ongoing operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, communicate effectively across technical and organizational boundaries, and help shape best practices in a secure-by-design environment. Your efforts will directly influence the success of our critical services, helping us provide outstanding support and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with VMware virtualization technologies (ESXi, vSphere, NSX, VCLM)
Strong knowledge of Windows Server deployment, configuration, and management (including AD, DNS, WSUS, GPOs, PKI) proficient with Linux (RHEL) server management

Hands-on experience with Dell hardware, Power Edge Servers, Power Vault storage, QNAP NAS, and data diodes

Networking expertise, including configuring switches, VLANs, and best practices

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible

Experience with automation, Dev Sec Ops  practices, and scripting (Power Shell)
Knowledge of backup and replication solutions like Veeam, and security tools like Trellix Understanding of containerization (Docker, K8s) and hyperscale cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with Ivanti, Key Clock IDAM, and other security toolsAWS Certification (Practitioner or higher)
Exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile methodologiesDV Security Clearance Knowledge of data center best practices and hardware installation

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven track record of 3+ years in infrastructure engineering or a similar role within secure and operational environments

Experience operating in high-availability, security-sensitive settings
