Our client in the Defence & Security sector is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist. Join them at their Farnborough, where you will work with groundbreaking technology alongside some of the industry's brightest minds.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership and Subject Matter Expertise across SAP Success Factors and enterprise systems
- Manage system configuration, security, governance, and compliance
- Lead system support, incident resolution, and service delivery
- Oversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
- Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing
- Extensive knowledge of Success Factors and the wider SAP product landscape
- Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising Success Factors modules
- Proven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiatives
- Strong governance, security, and service management knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications:
- Technical degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths) or equivalent professional experience

This role is full-time, based at Farnborough with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.
