Lenovo is hiring a UK Financial Services Client Manager to drive growth across banking, insurance, capital markets and adjacent FS organizations. This senior role will open new relationships, lead executive conversations and position Lenovo as a strategic partner for advanced digital transformation.

The role connects Lenovo’s pocket-to-edge-to-cloud portfolio across devices, workplace, AI-ready infrastructure, hybrid cloud, data center, security, services and as-a-service models. Success requires FS credibility, solutions-selling experience, acquisition focus and strong matrix leadership.

What you will be responsible for

• Lead Lenovo’s growth strategy for targeted UK FS customers and prospects.
• Build senior relationships across technology, operations, risk, procurement and business leadership.
• Identify FS priorities across workplace, AI, datacenter, hybrid cloud, security, KYC, compliance, resilience and cost optimization.
• Position Lenovo’s full portfolio as connected digital solutions delivering clear business outcomes.
• Create strategic account plans, qualified pipeline and complex opportunities through a structured sales process.
• Orchestrate Lenovo specialists, partners and leadership while maintaining strong forecasting and pipeline governance.

What we are looking for

• 5 - 10 years experience selling complex technology solutions into UK Financial Services, banking, insurance or regulated markets.
• Strong understanding of FSI regulatory, security,resilience and risk environments.
• Existing network of C-Level and Director-level contacts within UK FSIorganizations
• Experience navigating complex procurement and governance processes.
• Established customer and industry network with senior stakeholder credibility.
• Experience across datacenter, infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization, AI infrastructure, BURA, networking, security, managed services or hybrid cloud.
• Understanding of FS use cases such as trading floor, high-frequency trading, KYC, regulation, compliance, resilience and data protection.
• Ability to articulate how technology enables transformation across Lenovo’s pocket-to-edge-to-cloud portfolio.
• Executive presence, communication skills, resilience, entrepreneurial drive, growth mindset and ability to influence across a matrix organization.
