Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our on‑site engineering team in Farnborough. This is an opportunity for a proactive engineer with strong multi‑trade experience, particularly in compliance‑led PPM works, to deliver high‑quality maintenance services within a client‑facing environment.

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance tasks, and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines.
• Complete works in line with contract SLAs and Atlas engineering standards.
• Undertake minor works and fault‑finding activities efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all activities are accurately recorded via the Maximo CAFM system.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication at all times.
• Support quoting of minor works, including labour and material estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, schedulers, and account support teams.
• Participate in the call‑out rota and respond to out‑of‑hours requirements when required.

• Proven experience in a multi‑skilled maintenance role within FM or building services.
• Strong background in PPM delivery and compliance maintenance.
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical, or general building fabric).
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.
• Competent using CAFM systems and mobile devices for job management.
• Committed to delivering safe, high‑quality work and exceptional service standards.
• Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required: GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent;
  Legionella (L8) trained and competent (desirable);
  Accredited Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Working Safely or equivalent) (desirable).

  Skills and Experience:
  
  2 years previous experience within similar environment and across multi‑site & multi‑discipline service delivery; 1 year experience in a customer‑facing environment; background in property maintenance; good understanding of modern office software; experience with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO/CAFM on Android tablets; strong competencies in building services trades and ability to handle most activities within a building maintenance environment; experience in minor drainage works (desirable);
  
  experience in delivering L8 compliance maintenance (desirable).
