Department Manager | Fashion Retail | Camberley | up to £29k plus Bonus and Benefits

We are recruiting a strong Department Manager to join a fast paced, high volume fashion retail environment in Camberley. This is a high energy role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, setting the tempo on the shop floor, and building a motivated, engaged team.

This opportunity offers real ownership, visibility, and the chance to make an impact every day. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining standards, and delivering a great customer experience in a busy trading environment.

Working closely with the wider management team, you will be responsible for leading your department through presence, pace, and clear direction.

What You Will Do

Lead the department confidently on the shop floor, setting the tone for service and performance
Drive sales through strong commercial awareness and focus on results
Coach, develop, and inspire your team to deliver consistent, high quality service
Maintain excellent visual, operational, and commercial standards
Run daily team briefings to keep the team aligned, motivated, and focused

What We Are Looking For

You will be passionate about people and performance and comfortable leading teams in a high volume retail environment. This role would suit an experienced Department Manager or a Floor Manager or Senior Supervisor ready to step up.

Confident and motivating leadership style
Strong understanding of customer experience at pace
Ability to manage volume while keeping standards high
Excellent organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills
Proven ability to build an engaged and high performing team
