An immediate requirement for an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of field-based Service Engineers supporting water sector projects across the Thames region.

This is a confidential appointment within a major engineering organisation. You will be office-based in Farnborough, managing remote engineering teams delivering maintenance and service operations across a regional patch.

The Role

Manage and coordinate a team of remote Service Engineers
Oversee service delivery across water sector projects (Thames region)
Drive performance, scheduling, safety and customer standards
Act as key operational lead from the Farnborough office

The Person

Proven experience managing field-based engineering/service teams
Engineering background
Strong leadership and organisational capability
Water/utilities industry experience is beneficial
Comfortable managing remote teams across a regional patch
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Able to commute daily to Farnborough
