Flexjet is seeking an experienced Operations Duty Manager in Farnborough to oversee daily flight operations and ensure compliance with aviation standards. You will act as the central decision-maker during shifts, coordinating across various teams to deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in aviation operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. A rotation of 4 on/4 off with 12-hour shifts is required, providing flexibility to meet operational needs.
