Head of Corporate Solutions

You'll lead a corporate advice channel with real commercial responsibility, managing a team of consultants while driving new business across employee benefits and workplace pensions. This Head of Corporate Solutions role in Farnborough or London pays £75,000 to £85,000, with hybrid working and genuine scope to shape the proposition.

You're the market-facing leader responsible for channel growth. You'll manage existing client relationships, win new business, and own the corporate advice proposition itself. Working with senior stakeholders, you'll continually review and enhance what's offered to keep it competitive and aligned to client needs.

• Leading and developing a team of corporate consultants through coaching and performance reviews
• Managing client relationships and identifying new business sources to grow services delivered
• Overseeing the corporate advice proposition to ensure it remains commercially strong
• Conducting client meetings and pitches for new corporate clients
• Ensuring all advice meets regulatory standards and training requirements
• Monitoring channel performance and reporting on KPIs

• Proven experience leading a corporate financial planning, wealth management or employee benefits business (essential)
• Strong track record delivering revenue targets and driving profitable growth (essential)
• Experience leading and developing consultants, creating high-performance teams (essential)
• In-depth knowledge of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and risk management (essential)
• Outstanding business development and relationship management skills (desirable)

You’ll work within a financial planning firm supporting thousands of clients annually. The corporate channel operates with autonomy but collaborates across the wider business where clients need broader support. • Salary of £75,000 to £85,000
• Hybrid working - one day per week in either the Farnborough or London office
