£23.27 per hour
Our client, based in Farnborough, is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in fabrication and aluminium welding.
Welder

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
 
* Primarily work with thin-gauge aluminium materials
 
* Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications
 
* Use a range of tools, including grinders and manual/electric equipment
 
* Ensure all work meets required production targets and deadlines
 
* Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and safety
Welder Ideal Candidate:
 
* Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
 
* Minimum of 4 years’ fabrication experience, including working with multi-level Bo Ms
 
* Strong practical skills with hand and power tools
 
* Experience using inspection and measuring equipment
 
* Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and welding symbols
 
* Extensive experience in fabrication, including complex builds and designs
 
* At least 4 years’ experience working with thin-gauge aluminium (1.5–6mm)
 
* Previous coding/qualification in aluminium welding (1.5–6mm) (Desirable)
 
* BPSS Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Working Hours:

* Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:45
 
* Friday, 08:00 – 13:00
