Materials Handler II - Aerospace

Are you an experienced Materials Handler, Stores Operative or Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity within the aerospace and manufacturing sector? This is a great opportunity to join a high-tech aerospace manufacturing environment and build your experience within a specialist engineering business.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack and dispatch materials accurately and efficiently
Move materials between stores and production areas
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
Ensure full product traceability throughout the materials process
Use ERP systems to update and manage material information
Support goods-in, goods-out and general stores activities
Ensure materials are handled and stored in line with quality procedures
Work closely with production, stores and wider manufacturing teams
Maintain high levels of accuracy across stock control activities

What we're looking for:

1+ year of experience in materials handling, stores, warehouse or logistics
Aerospace or manufacturing experience is highly desirable
Experience using Baan or a similar ERP system
Good understanding of stock control and inventory management
Confident using computers and warehouse/ERP systems
