£15.51 per hour PAYE
37.5-hour working week with overtime available
We are currently recruiting for 3 Production Operatives to join a leading aerospace manufacturing environment in Farnborough. These roles involve working with small, precision components and would suit candidates with strong attention to detail and experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, or similar hands-on production environments.

Available Positions

Production Operative - PCB & Soldering

Assembly and soldering of PCB components
Working to detailed specifications and quality standards
Previous soldering experience highly desirable

Production Operative - Coil Winding

Manufacturing precision coils and electrical components
Working with fine materials and intricate assemblies
Experience in electronic assembly or coil winding is advantageous

Production Operative - Temperature Sensors

Handling and assembling extremely small components
Requires exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ideal for candidates with experience in jewellery making, watchmaking, precision engineering, microscopy work, or other highly detailed assembly roles

What We're Looking For

Experience working with small components in a production or manufacturing environment
Ability to work under magnification or with precision tools
Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
Strong manual dexterity
Experience in electronics assembly, soldering, microscopy, jewellery, watchmaking, medical device manufacturing, or similar industries would be beneficial
