Permanent Practice Nurse – Farnborough
£35,000 p/a
Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Farnborough that is currently looking for a full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

The position is permanent and full-time, with duties including:

• Working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Diabetes management
• Asthma and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
• Current knowledge of clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations

We are also looking for enthusiastic Practice Nurses to join a busy team in Croydon. Essential skills include ear syringing, travel immunisations, and compression bandages.

Dream Medical supports a busy and friendly practice in Oxfordshire, seeking full-time agency nurses for on-site work, Monday to Friday, minimum 37.5 hours per week.

Practice Nurse urgently needed for a busy GP surgery in Reading—an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses in a rapidly growing surgery.

We also require a full-time Locum Practice Nurse in Oxford to start ASAP, covering all standard practice treatment room duties.
