Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for an opportunity to take ownership of quality across multiple manufacturing sites?

We're working with an established manufacturing business operating across two UK sites, looking for a Quality Manager to lead their QHSE function.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for quality management, supplier quality, QMS/EMS, health & safety and customer quality, while leading a team of Quality Engineers and supporting the business in driving continuous improvement.

The Role

Lead and manage the Quality function across both sites
Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 QMS across both locations
Oversee ISO 14001 compliance and environmental management
Ensure consistent workmanship standards across areas including painting, plating, welding, IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620
Drive reductions in rework, rejects and internal and external failure costs
Develop and standardise quality processes, training and SOPs across both sites
Manage internal audits, management reviews and external certification audits
