Job Title: Junior Sous Chef

Location: Yateley

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

We're seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef/Chef De Partie to join our kitchen

Working alongside the Head and Sous Chef, you'll help lead the team, prepare quality dishes, and maintain high culinary standards.

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
• Support senior chefs in daily operations
• Supervise and train junior team members
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards
• Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organised

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Knowledgeable in professional cookery, fine dining and 5-star service.
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Positive, hands-on attitude
• Food hygiene certification preferred
