£24,000 - £26,000 basic salary + bonus

Farnborough - office based.

• Handle new purchase and sales led mortgage enquiries.
• Manage and convert inbound leads from the website and social media.
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the mortgage process.
• Work towards clear sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up leads quickly and consistently to maximise conversion.
• Generate your own mortgage business where possible.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across protection and insurance.
• Take ownership of your pipeline and overall sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team in an office-based environment.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the brokerage.

• CeMAP qualified and ready to operate as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Ideally 6-18 months' mortgage advising experience.
• Strong sales ability and a genuine hunger to succeed.
• Confident, outgoing and personable.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on conversion.

• £24,000 - £26,000 basic salary.
