Position: Sales Manager (m/f/d)

With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe and worldwide - tailor-made with a standardized approach.
What you can expect:
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in developing and securing new utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. You will manage existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and support projects through the full sales cycle up to EPC contract award. Working closely with internal technical, commercial and legal teams, you will help shape proposals, negotiate contracts and contribute to the continued growth of our UK business.
Tasks:
Develop and secure new utility-scale solar PV opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersLead tender and proposal activities, including PQQs and ITTsSupport commercial negotiations and contract reviewsPrepare project budgets, proposals and forecastsProvide technical and commercial guidance throughout the sales processIdentify new market opportunities and business growth initiativesRepresent GOLDBECK SOLAR at industry events and client meetingsProfile:
Significant experience in sales, business development or project development within the renewable energy sectorStrong knowledge of utility-scale solar PV projectsProven experience in contract negotiations and commercial discussionsFamiliarity with EPC, FIDIC or construction contracts is an advantageStrong technical understanding, ideally with an electrical backgroundExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated, proactive and commercially mindedFluent in English and willing to travel across the UKBenefits:
