Position: Sales Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in developing and securing new utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. You will manage existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and support projects through the full sales cycle up to EPC contract award. Working closely with internal technical, commercial and legal teams, you will help shape proposals, negotiate contracts and contribute to the continued growth of our UK business.

Tasks:
  • Develop and secure new utility-scale solar PV opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead tender and proposal activities, including PQQs and ITTs
  • Support commercial negotiations and contract reviews
  • Prepare project budgets, proposals and forecasts
  • Provide technical and commercial guidance throughout the sales process
  • Identify new market opportunities and business growth initiatives
  • Represent GOLDBECK SOLAR at industry events and client meetings
  • Profile:
  • Significant experience in sales, business development or project development within the renewable energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of utility-scale solar PV projects
  • Proven experience in contract negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Familiarity with EPC, FIDIC or construction contracts is an advantage
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally with an electrical background
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and commercially minded
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel across the UK
