Working Hours: 45 hours per week. Working on a rotating shift pattern, covering both late and night shift, around the core hours of 1pm to 7am. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours and cover other shifts to suit business needs.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

• Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full.
• Providing a high quality service to suit customers’ needs.
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives.
• Supervising a team of operatives for a smooth running of operations across all shifts.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

• FLT Licence or experience is essential.
• IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
• Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team.
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG.
• Manual handling experience desirable however full training will be provided during induction.
