Sales Account Manager
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £27,000+Commission(£400–£1,000permonth)

Sales Account Managertojointheirexpandingteam .Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewhoisconfident,motivated,and customer-focused,withastrongdesiretosucceedinasalesenvironment.
Inthisrole,youwillberesponsibleforpromotinginsuranceproducts,handlingincomingenquiries,andmanagingrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingcustomers.
You’llplayakeypartindrivingbusinessgrowthwhiledeliveringexceptionalservice.
- Promoteandsellinsuranceplanstoprospectivecustomers.
- Contactandsecurenewbusinessopportunitiesthroughwarmleadsandenquiries.
- Retainandnurturerelationshipswithexistingclientstomaintainlong-term business.
- Engagewithprospectiveclientsviaphoneandin-persontounderstandtheirinsuranceneeds(budget,medical conditions,coverage level,geographical requirements,etc.).
- Developclearandaccuratewrittenproposalsandquotationsforcustomers.
- Efficientlymanagecustomerdataandinteractionsusingthecompany
CRMsystem. - Resolvecustomerissuesandcomplaintsinatimelyandprofessionalmanner.
- Supportcustomersthroughoutthesalesprocessandduringthefirstyearoftheirpolicy,assistingwithqueries,administration,and documentation.
- Upholdthehigheststandardsofcustomerservice,ensuringadviceisclear,unbiased,andinthebestinterestoftheclient.
- Mustbeabletospeakeither French,German,or Portuguese fluently.
- Strong self-motivationandaproactiveapproachtowork
- Highlevelsofintegrityandprofessionalism.
- Excellentorganisationskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipledeadlines.
- Strongcoordinationandproblem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in
ITsystemsincluding
CRMplatforms,Excel,Outlook,andgeneralsoftware. - Confidentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- Amethodicalanddetail-oriented approach.
- Agoodlevelofnumericalability(astrongmathsskillsetisanadvantage).
