Location: Farnborough

Salary: £27,000+Commission(£400–£1,000permonth)

Sales Account Managertojointheirexpandingteam .Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewhoisconfident,motivated,and customer-focused,withastrongdesiretosucceedinasalesenvironment.

Inthisrole,youwillberesponsibleforpromotinginsuranceproducts,handlingincomingenquiries,andmanagingrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingcustomers.

You’llplayakeypartindrivingbusinessgrowthwhiledeliveringexceptionalservice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoteandsellinsuranceplanstoprospectivecustomers.
  • Contactandsecurenewbusinessopportunitiesthroughwarmleadsandenquiries.
  • Retainandnurturerelationshipswithexistingclientstomaintainlong-term business.
  • Engagewithprospectiveclientsviaphoneandin-persontounderstandtheirinsuranceneeds(budget,medical conditions,coverage level,geographical requirements,etc.).
  • Developclearandaccuratewrittenproposalsandquotationsforcustomers.
  • Efficientlymanagecustomerdataandinteractionsusingthecompany

    CRMsystem.
  • Resolvecustomerissuesandcomplaintsinatimelyandprofessionalmanner.
  • Supportcustomersthroughoutthesalesprocessandduringthefirstyearoftheirpolicy,assistingwithqueries,administration,and documentation.
  • Upholdthehigheststandardsofcustomerservice,ensuringadviceisclear,unbiased,andinthebestinterestoftheclient.
Skills&Attributes
  • Mustbeabletospeakeither French,German,or Portuguese fluently.
  • Strong self-motivationandaproactiveapproachtowork
  • Highlevelsofintegrityandprofessionalism.
  • Excellentorganisationskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipledeadlines.
  • Strongcoordinationandproblem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    ITsystemsincluding
