Job Description

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Service Controller to join their team near Farnham. This role requires strong administrative and coordination skills, thrives in a fast‑paced service environment, and supports engineers, manages customer enquiries and ensures smooth day‑to‑day service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service visits, maintenance works, and reactive call‑outs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor job progress, prioritising urgent and high‑impact requests.
  • Maintain accurate service records, job logs, and system updates.
  • Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy across service platforms.
  • Support the wider service team with administration and operational tasks.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow‑up.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Service Controller, Service Coordinator, scheduling, or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and service management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
