We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to [Executive Title]. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while anticipating needs, managing priorities, and maintaining confidentiality at all times. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive Draft, proofread, and edit communications Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups Stakeholder & Relationship Management Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders Build strong working relationships across departments
