Valoris Group is working with a growing business in Fareham that is looking to hire a Solar Administrator to support its busy renewables division.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing day‑time admin within a fast‑paced environment. The role will be focused on supporting the solar team with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative duties to help keep projects running smoothly.

• Scheduling installations, surveys, and service‑related appointments
• Liaising with engineers, customers, and internal teams
• Managing diaries and updating the internal system accurately
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
• Preparing and organising job packs, documents, and records
• Supporting the team with compliance paperwork and general office admin
• Ensuring all works are logged, tracked, and followed through correctly

• Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role
• Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with customers and engineers over the phone and by email
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems
• Experience with in solar, renewables, construction, engineering, or a service‑based business would be highly beneficial
