The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll provide high-level executive support while coordinating key projects and initiatives across the business. You'll be responsible for managing complex schedules, preparing executive and board materials, coordinating international travel, supporting leadership meetings, and ensuring critical actions are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities Executive support to the CEO Complex diary and calendar management Board, executive and stakeholder meeting coordination Preparation of presentations, agendas and briefing materials Domestic and international travel arrangements Meeting minutes, action tracking and project coordination Liaison with senior stakeholders, board members and external partners Handling highly confidential and sensitive information What We're Looking For 5-7 years' experience in an Executive Project Assistant Experience supporting C-suite leadership Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-moving environment Strong stakeholder management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Previous biotech or life sciences experience would be advantageous Why Apply?
