Master Vehicle Technician

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Master Vehicle Technician in Farnham, Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade professional to join a reputable independent garage known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Basic salary up to £50,000, with earning potential exceeding £55,000 including performance bonuses

• Conduct servicing and repairs, including oil changes, brake repairs, and engine maintenance, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform bespoke modifications such as performance upgrades, suspension enhancements, and aesthetic modifications
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of workmanship and timely completion of jobs
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining technical issues and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, complying with health and safety regulations

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 and
  7) is desirable but not essential
• Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills across various vehicle types
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicles is advantageous
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
