The Role

The Deputy Nursery Manager will:

* Support the Nursery Manager in leading and inspiring a highly qualified team.

* Provide colleagues with mentoring, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

* Play a vital role in delivering outstanding childcare and education.

* Support staff in daily practice, observation, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

* Gain valuable experience in the commercial running of a nursery, including:

* Managing parent enquiries, tours and enrolments

* Budgeting and staff rostering

* Recruitment, staff wellbeing, and performance management
