A well‑established and growing interior fit‑out contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, delivering high‑quality commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects across the South of England.

As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the pre‑construction phase, preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of commercial fit‑out projects. You will work closely with the Pre‑Construction and Project teams, contributing to the company’s ongoing success in securing new business.

• Preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for Cat A, Cat B, and refurbishment projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate take‑offs.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up‑to‑date quotations and pricing.
• Support in value engineering and offering alternative solutions to drive cost efficiency.
• Attend site visits and pre‑tender meetings as required.
• Work closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
• Maintain and update internal pricing databases and cost libraries.
• Support with bid presentations and client pitches when necessary.
