A well-established, privately‑owned residential contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Farnham. You’ll take the lead commercially on multiple high‑end projects, working closely with senior leadership while maintaining autonomy. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage procurement, valuations, cost control, and client relationships – acting as the commercial lead on your schemes. You’ll initially oversee two live projects, giving you immediate responsibility and impact.

• 5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Background in high‑spec / prime residential
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to run projects independently
• Confident with procurement, reporting, and client interaction

• Up to £65,000 salary (DOE) + package
• Flexible working (up to 2 days remote)
• Genuine progression to Senior QS
• Exposure to some of the UK’s most prestigious residential builds
