Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 5:30pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established independent commercial vehicle repair business based in Farnham, who are looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced workshop environment and delivering excellent customer service.

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring work is scheduled efficiently and customers are kept fully informed throughout the repair process.

• Greeting customers and booking vehicles in for service and repair
• Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle progress and work required
• Providing updates and explanations to customers
• Preparing job cards, invoices and service documentation
• Managing workshop schedules to maximise efficiency
• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage

• Previous motor trade experience is essential
• Experience with in commercial vehicles would be highly advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Full UK driving licence required
• Maximum 6 points on licence (no major endorsements)

• £32,000 – £35,000 basic salary
